Fairly clean place, staff was amicable and incredible. The hotel's location was marvellous, so close to the city center, Ohrid town centre, and the promenade. It also was next to the lake. The apartment was huge, included a shower and a hair dryer.

They placed us in a double room which was huge and new-fashioned. Loved that we had air conditioning, a kettle, and a flat screen TV with cable channels...

Housekeeping left dirty dishes throughout our stay.

Location: the hotel was short walk to the city center, the lake, and the boardwalk, and the promenade. The staff was very amiable and always greeted us. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were a nice size with comfortable beds and plenty of space, everything was great.

the breakfast was savoury with a great selection of fantastic food on offer. the rooms were spotless and huge, with a great view.

The large, elegant room boasted an impressive view of the mountains. We especially enjoyed the relaxing pool area and the good regional cuisine offered at breakfast.

Massive rooms that are super comfy, and the pool area was a jol-great for the kids too! The staff was really helpful. Being a hop away from the beautiful lake was just the cherry on top!

On the downside, breakfast lacked variety and felt more suitable for a budget hotel rather than a 5-star experience. Housekeeping often missed cleaning properly, with dirty dishes left in the room for too long. WiFi connection was unreliable. A few maintenance issues were noticeable in the public areas, diminishing the overall experience.

The pool area provided great family moments, and the relaxing atmosphere was perfect. The regional cuisine at breakfast added a good touch, although more variety would enhance the experience. Be sure to try the poolside bar!

The breakfast selection was lackluster and repetitive, with items appearing more suitable for a budget accommodation rather than a 5-star hotel. The coffee served from an automatic machine left much to be desired. Housekeeping fell short, often leaving trash or dirty dishes behind, and even basic amenities like tissues were missing in the bathroom. WiFi in the suite was spotty, and I encountered maintenance issues like poorly functioning locks in public restrooms. The spa facilities were less than ideal, with many services unavailable, and even the pool area had lingering garbage and leftover food from previous guests. For the price point, it's hard to justify this stay as satisfactory.

The accommodation here is amazing and the location is perfect - close to bars, the boulevard, and the promenade.

Had a modern and stylish apartment with cozy beds and a wake-up service was available - what a great touch! 😉.
